                                        Ingredients:
•	200g beef, pork, or chicken, diced
•	100g chorizo, sliced
•	2 potatoes, diced
•	2 carrots, diced
•	100g squash, diced
•	1 onion, chopped
•	2 cloves garlic, minced
•	1 liter beef or chicken stock
•	2 tbsp olive oil
•	Salt and black pepper to taste
•	Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1.	In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
2.	Add the meat and cook until browned.
3.	Add the chorizo, onion, and garlic. Sauté until soft.
4.	Add the potatoes, carrots, squash, and stock. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.
5.	Season with salt and black pepper.
6.	Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
