Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
1 beef steak (such as sirloin or ribeye), about 8-10 oz: Approximately 225-280 grams
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon vegetable oil: 15 grams
1 large potato, cut into fries: Approximately 300 grams
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil: 15 grams
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Prepare the Steak:

Season the beef steak with salt and pepper.
Sear the Steak:

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust cooking time to desired doneness.
Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
Prepare the Fries:

While the steak is resting, spread the potato fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle olive oil over the fries, sprinkle with salt, and toss to coat evenly.
Bake the Fries:

Bake the fries in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
Serve:

Serve the steak hot with the crispy fries as your OMAD meal.
