4 ounces ginger ale
Crushed ice
Mint sprig for garnish

Instructions
In a rocks glass or julep cup, muddle mint leaves and simple syrup.
Add crushed ice.
Top off with ginger ale.
Stir to frost glass.
Garnish with mint sprig.
