                                        Ingredients:
•	200g mutton or beef, diced
•	100g homemade noodles (or any preferred noodles)
•	1 onion, chopped
•	1 carrot, sliced
•	2 potatoes, diced
•	1 tomato, chopped
•	2 cloves garlic, minced
•	1 liter beef or vegetable stock
•	Salt and black pepper to taste
•	Fresh dill, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1.	In a large pot, brown the meat over medium heat.
2.	Add the onion, garlic, carrot, potatoes, and tomato. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
3.	Add the stock and bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.
4.	Add the noodles and cook until tender.
5.	Season with salt and black pepper.
6.	Serve hot, garnished with fresh dill.
