1 1/4 cups (300ml) unsweetened almond milk1 1/2 cups (385g) mashed cooked orange-flesh sweet potato3 tablespoons pure maple syrup1 teaspoon natural vanilla extract1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more to taste1/4 teaspoon ground ginger1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg1 medium-sized frozen sliced banana1 cup (125g) ice cubes
Optional Boosters:
1 tablespoon shelled hemp seeds1 tablespoon flax oil1 tablespoon goji powder1/2 teaspoon probiotic powder (see notes)Pinch of Celtic sea salt (see notes)

Instructions
Throw all of the ingredients into your blender (including any boosters) and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
