                                    Recipe Instructions:
                                    
                                    
                                        Ingredients:
•	200g smoked sausage or bacon, diced
•	200g sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
•	150g potatoes, diced
•	100g white beans, cooked
•	1 onion, chopped
•	2 cloves garlic, minced
•	1 liter chicken or vegetable stock
•	2 tbsp olive oil
•	Salt and black pepper to taste
•	Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1.	In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
2.	Add the sausage or bacon and cook until browned.
3.	Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until soft.
4.	Add the sauerkraut, potatoes, beans, and stock. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.
5.	Season with salt and black pepper.
6.	Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
