                                        Ingredients:
•	2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
•	2 cups vegetable broth (chilled)
•	1 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
•	1/4 cup fresh lime juice
•	1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
•	1 clove garlic, minced
•	1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
•	Salt and pepper to taste
•	Optional garnishes: diced avocado, chopped cilantro, sour cream, lime wedges
Instructions:
1.	Blend Ingredients:
•	In a blender or food processor, combine the peeled and pitted avocados, chilled vegetable broth, yogurt or sour cream, lime juice, chopped cucumber, minced garlic, and cilantro leaves.
2.	Blend Until Smooth:
•	Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If needed, add more vegetable broth to achieve your desired consistency.
3.	Season to Taste:
•	Season with salt and pepper to taste. Blend again briefly to incorporate the seasoning.
4.	Chill:
•	Transfer the soup to a bowl or container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill thoroughly.
5.	Serve:
•	Stir the chilled avocado soup before serving. Ladle into bowls and garnish with diced avocado, chopped cilantro, a dollop of sour cream, and a lime wedge if desired.
Note:
