Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
• 1 cup broken rice (or substitute jasmine rice)
• 1 lb pork shoulder or pork chops, thinly sliced
• Nuoc cham (Vietnamese dipping sauce, recipe below)
• Pickled vegetables (carrots, daikon radish)
• Fried egg (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook broken rice according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Grill pork slices over medium-high heat until cooked through and slightly charred.
3. Divide cooked broken rice among serving plates.
4. Arrange grilled pork slices on top of the rice.
5. Serve with nuoc cham dipping sauce and pickled vegetables on the side.
6. Optionally, serve with a fried egg on top.
