Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
• 4 chicken breasts, pounded thin
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 cup breadcrumbs
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Mix softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Form into a log and freeze until firm.
2. Place a piece of the herb butter in the center of each chicken breast, roll up, and secure with toothpicks.
3. Season flour with salt and pepper. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
