Ingredients:
• 4 pork loin cutlets, pounded thin
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 cup breadcrumbs
• Vegetable oil for frying
• Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
• Season pork cutlets with salt and pepper on both sides.
• Dredge each cutlet in flour, shaking off excess. Dip into beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
• Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry cutlets for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
• Serve hot with lemon wedges and your choice of side dishes, such as mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables.
