Baked Ravioli

Courgettes 500g 105kcal
Fromage, parmesan, râpé 100g 421kcal
Sauce, pâtes, spaghetti/marinara, prêt-à-servir 500g 250kcal

Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients
400g spinach & ricotta (or pumpkin) ravioli
2 zucchinis grated
500g pasta sauce
1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180ºC.
In a pot of salted, boiling water, cook the ravioli until it floats, 4-5 minutes.
Drain well.
Meanwhile, grate zucchini, squeezing to rid of extra liquid.
In a large bowl mix together zucchini, pasta sauce and three-quarters of the cheese.
Into a casserole dish, add a layer of ravioli and cover with a layer of pasta sauce.
Repeat layering process finishing with a layer of Parmesan cheese.
Season with sea salt and cracked pepper.
Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
Sit for 5 minutes before cutting into squares as you would lasagne.
Recipe Notes
Optional: Serve with fresh garden salad, homemade potato chips or warm, crunchy garlic bread.
