Ingredients:

100 grams of thinly sliced roast beef
1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced (about 100 grams)
2 slices of your choice of bread (about 60 grams total)
1-2 tablespoons mayonnaise (about 15-30 grams)
Mustard (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:

Begin by preparing your ingredients. Thinly slice the roast beef if it's not already pre-sliced.

Thinly slice the cucumber.

Toast the slices of bread in a toaster or on a skillet until they are golden brown.

Once the bread is toasted, you can assemble your Roast Beef and Cucumber sandwich.
