Ingredients:
1 cup Celery, chopped
1 Orange, peeled and segmented
1 Carrot, chopped
1 Apple, cored and chopped
2 tablespoons Walnuts
1 tablespoon Miso paste
1/2 cup Water or coconut water (adjust for desired consistency)
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:

Wash and chop the celery, carrot, and apple.
Peel the orange and separate it into segments.
Measure out the walnuts and miso paste.
Blend the Ingredients:

In a blender, combine the chopped celery, orange segments, carrot, apple, and walnuts.
Add the miso paste and water or coconut water to the blender.
Blend Until Smooth:

Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If the consistency is too thick, you can add more water or coconut water to reach your desired thickness.
Serve and Enjoy:

Pour the smoothie into glasses.
Optionally, add ice cubes to chill the smoothie further.
Garnish with a celery stalk or walnut halves if desired.
