Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
• 2 chicken breasts or fish fillets (cod or tilapia)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 8 corn tortillas
• 2 cups shredded cabbage
• 1/2 cup shredded carrots
• 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
• 1/4 cup lime juice
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• Toppings: avocado slices, salsa, sour cream
Instructions:
1. Season chicken breasts or fish fillets with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken or fish until cooked through and golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
3. Warm corn tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
4. In a bowl, mix shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and mayonnaise to make slaw.
5. Assemble tacos with cooked chicken or fish, cabbage slaw, and desired toppings. Serve immediately.
