Sweet Potatoes and Pork in Peanut Sauce

Recipe Instructions:

INGREDIENTS
1 kg sweet potatoes
1kg pork
1 large onion
6 cloves garlic
1 cup coconut cream(250ml)
3 tbsp peanut butter
Salt | 1 bunch dhania
Chilli flakes(optional)
3 tbsp cooking oil
2 cups water.

Ingredients
• Cut the pork in to cubes, cut the sweet potatoes in to cubes same size as the pork. Dice the onion,mince the garlic and chop the dhania.
• On medium heat place a sufuria and add the cooking oil. Once
heated add the onions and fry till they start to brown. Add the
minced garlic and cook for one minute or until the onions are now golden brown.
• Add the pork, salt . Cook stirring for a minute then cover and let this cook until the pork dries.
• Add the sweet potatoes, coconut cream and the water. Stir.
• Cook covered with an occasional stir until the sweet potatoes are
cooked through.
• Add the peanut butter and mix. Let this cook for 2 minutes. Taste
and adjust the salt.
• Finally add in the dhania. Mix and turn off the heat.
