Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
• 200g crab meat
• 1 liter fish or chicken stock
• 200ml heavy cream
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
• 1 tbsp sherry
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. In a pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until soft.
2. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to form a roux.
3. Gradually whisk in the stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Add the crab meat, heavy cream, Old Bay seasoning, and sherry. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
5. Season with salt and black pepper.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
