Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
• 500g chicken tenders
• 1 cup flour
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 cup breadcrumbs
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 sweet potatoes, cut into fries
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1/2 cup ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
2. Season flour with salt and pepper. Dredge chicken tenders in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
3. Place breaded chicken tenders on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
4. Serve chicken fingers with sweet potato fries and dipping sauce.
