Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
225 grams ground beef
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Optional toppings: sliced onion, gravy
Instructions:
Prepare the Hamburg Steak mixture:

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Shape the Hamburg Steaks:

Divide the mixture into two portions and shape each portion into oval patties (Hamburg steaks).
Cook the Hamburg Steaks:

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Place the Hamburg steaks in the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and browned on the outside.
Serve:

Transfer the cooked Hamburg steaks to a serving plate.
Optionally, top with sliced onions and gravy if desired.
Serve hot as your OMAD meal, accompanied by steamed rice or mashed potatoes, and a side of vegetables.
