Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
• 500g ground turkey
• 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Whole-wheat burger buns
• Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato slices, avocado)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
3. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook turkey patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
4. Toast whole-wheat burger buns if desired. Place turkey patties on buns.
5. Top with lettuce, tomato slices, avocado, or your favorite toppings.
6. Serve hot with vegetable sticks on the side.
