Ingredients:

Puff Pastry Sheets: 2 sheets (approximately 460-500g)
Sausage Meat: 500g (pre-seasoned or seasoned to taste)
Egg: 1 large (about 50g, beaten for egg wash)
Instructions:

Preheat Oven:

Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare Pastry:

Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into rectangles (approximately 10x15cm each, but this can vary based on preference).
Assemble Rolls:

Place a portion of seasoned sausage meat (about 30-50g per rectangle, depending on size) on each rectangle of puff pastry.
Roll up the pastry around the sausage meat, sealing the edges with the beaten egg wash.
Apply Egg Wash:

Brush the tops of the rolls with the beaten egg wash to give them a golden finish.
Bake:

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the sausage meat is cooked through.
