Ingredients:
4 chicken cutlets (thinly pounded): Approximately 400 grams
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup all-purpose flour: 60 grams
1 egg, beaten: Approximately 50 grams
1 cup breadcrumbs: 100 grams
Vegetable oil for frying
Mashed potatoes (prepared): Typically about 200 grams per serving, so approximately 800 grams for 4 servings
Green beans (steamed or blanched): Approximately 200 grams
Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken Schnitzel:

Season each chicken cutlet with salt and pepper.
Dredge each cutlet in flour, shaking off excess.
Dip in beaten egg, ensuring it is fully coated.
Coat each cutlet evenly with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
Cook the Chicken Schnitzel:

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Fry the chicken cutlets until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Serve:

Serve the chicken schnitzel hot with prepared mashed potatoes and steamed or blanched green beans on the side.
