Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
• 500g cabbage, shredded
• 2 potatoes, diced
• 1 carrot, diced
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 liter vegetable stock
• 200g tomatoes, chopped or 200ml tomato sauce
• 2 tbsp sunflower oil
• 1 tbsp vinegar
• 200ml sour cream (optional)
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• Fresh dill, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, heat the sunflower oil over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and carrot. Sauté until soft.
2. Add the shredded cabbage, diced potatoes, vegetable stock, tomatoes (or tomato sauce), and vinegar. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
3. Season with salt and black pepper.
4. Serve hot, with a dollop of sour cream (if using) and garnished with fresh dill.
