Recipe Instructions:

Curry (Various)
• Ingredients (for a basic curry):
o 200g chicken breast or thigh, diced (or substitute with vegetables, tofu, or paneer)
o 1 onion, finely chopped
o 1 garlic clove, minced
o 1 tbsp curry powder (adjust to taste)
o 1 cup coconut milk (or tomato puree for a different type of curry)
o Salt and pepper to taste
o 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan, sauté onions and garlic until softened.
2. Add curry powder and cook for a minute until fragrant.
3. Add diced chicken (or your chosen protein) and cook until browned.
4. Pour in coconut milk (or tomato puree), season with salt and pepper.
5. Simmer gently for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through and sauce thickens.
