Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:

250 grams beef stew meat, cubed
125 ml coconut milk
50 grams diced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
5 grams ground turmeric
5 grams ground coriander
Salt and pepper to taste
15 ml vegetable oil
Instructions:

Heat vegetable oil in a small pot over medium-high heat.
Add diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
Add beef cubes and brown on all sides.
Stir in ground turmeric and ground coriander. Cook for 1 minute.
Pour in coconut milk. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until beef is tender and sauce is thickened. Add water if needed to adjust consistency.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot, traditionally with steamed rice.
