Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
• 2 leeks, thinly sliced
• 2 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
• 1 cup grated cheese (such as Gruyère or Swiss)
• 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Butter for greasing

Instructions:
1. Prepare Leek and Potato Pie:
o Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
o Grease a baking dish with butter.
o Layer half of the sliced leeks and potatoes in the baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
o Sprinkle half of the grated cheese and crumbled bacon over the leeks and potatoes.
o Repeat with remaining leeks, potatoes, cheese, and bacon.
o Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
o Cut into squares and serve warm as a comforting main dish.
