Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
• 4 chicken breasts
• 4 slices ham
• 4 slices Swiss cheese
• 1/2 cup flour
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 cup breadcrumbs
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness. Place a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on each breast, then roll up and secure with toothpicks.
3. Season flour with salt and pepper. Dredge each chicken roll in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
4. In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Brown chicken rolls on all sides, then transfer to a baking dish.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through. Remove toothpicks before serving.
