Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
• 500g beef stew meat, thinly sliced
• 200g noodles (such as egg noodles or spaghetti)
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 liter beef broth
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp Creole seasoning (adjust to taste)
• Hard-boiled eggs, sliced (one per serving)
• Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• Cooking oil
Instructions:
1. Heat some cooking oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same pot, add the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until softened and fragrant.
3. Return the browned beef to the pot. Add the beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and Creole seasoning. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 1-1.5 hours, or until the beef is tender.
5. Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
6. To serve, place a portion of cooked noodles in a bowl. Ladle the hot beef broth and beef stew meat over the noodles.
7. Garnish each bowl with slices of hard-boiled egg and chopped green onions.
8. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
