Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
• 8 ounces yakisoba noodles
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1/2 pound thinly sliced pork or chicken
• 1 cup cabbage, shredded
• 1/2 cup carrots, julienned
• 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
• 1/4 cup yakisoba sauce
• 2 green onions, sliced
• Pickled ginger for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook Noodles: Cook yakisoba noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Cook Meat and Vegetables: In a large skillet or wok, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add pork or chicken and cook until no longer pink. Add cabbage, carrots, and bell peppers, and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
3. Combine and Serve: Add cooked noodles and yakisoba sauce to the skillet. Toss to combine and heat through. Garnish with green onions and pickled ginger.
