Ingredients:

240 grams all-purpose flour (about 2 cups)
4 grams sugar (1 teaspoon)
3 grams active dry yeast (1 teaspoon)
3 grams salt (1/2 teaspoon)
180 ml warm water (about 3/4 cup)
60 grams plain yogurt (about 1/4 cup)
30 ml olive oil (2 tablespoons)
Optional: melted butter and minced garlic for brushing
Instructions:

In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
Add flour, salt, yogurt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Knead until a soft dough forms.
Cover the dough and let it rise for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.
Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into oval or round shapes.
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Cook each naan for 1-2 minutes on each side until puffed and golden spots appear.
Optional: Brush with melted butter and minced garlic before serving.
Servings: Approximately 6-8 naans, depending on size
