Prepare the filling:
In a bowl, mix 400-500 grams of finely chopped chicken or 300-350 grams of finely chopped vegetables.
Add 70 grams of finely chopped cabbage.
Add 15 grams of chopped green onions.
Add 6 grams of minced garlic.
Add 15 ml of soy sauce.
Add 5 ml of sesame oil.
Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
Assemble the dumplings:
Place a small spoonful (about 1 tablespoon) of the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
Fold the wrapper over the filling to form a half-moon shape.
Seal the edges by pressing firmly or pleating, making sure there are no air pockets.
Steam the dumplings:
Arrange the dumplings in a steamer basket, ensuring they do not touch.
Steam for 10-12 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked or the vegetables are tender.
Serve:
Serve the dumplings with approximately 195 grams of steamed rice per serving.
