Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
• 1 lb beef short ribs, cut Korean BBQ style (flanken-cut)
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 tbsp rice wine (mirin)
• 2 tbsp sesame oil
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp grated ginger
• 2 green onions, chopped
• Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice wine, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green onions to make the marinade.
2. Place the beef short ribs in a large resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, making sure they are well coated.
3. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
5. Grill the marinated short ribs for about 3-4 minutes per side until cooked to desired doneness, brushing with leftover marinade while grilling.
6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot.
