Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
• 4 chicken cutlets (thinly pounded)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 cup breadcrumbs
• Vegetable oil for frying
• Mashed potatoes (prepared)
• Green beans (steamed or blanched)
Instructions:
1. Season chicken cutlets with salt and pepper.
2. Dredge each cutlet in flour, shaking off excess.
3. Dip in beaten egg, then coat evenly with breadcrumbs.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
5. Fry chicken cutlets until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
6. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
7. Serve chicken schnitzel hot with mashed potatoes and green beans.
