                                        Ingredients:
•	200g sticky rice (also known as glutinous rice)
•	1 ripe mango, peeled and sliced
•	200ml coconut milk
•	50g sugar
•	1/2 tsp salt
•	Toasted sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1.	Prepare the Sticky Rice:
o	Rinse the sticky rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Soak the rice in water for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.
2.	Steam the Sticky Rice:
o	Drain the soaked rice and transfer it to a steamer lined with cheesecloth or a muslin cloth. Steam over medium-high heat for 25-30 minutes, or until the rice is tender and cooked through.
3.	Prepare the Coconut Sauce:
o	In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat.
4.	Assemble the Dish:
o	Place the steamed sticky rice on a serving plate.
o	Arrange sliced mangoes on top of the rice.
o	Drizzle with the sweetened coconut milk sauce.
o	Optionally, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds for added flavor and texture.
5.	Serve immediately while warm, or chill in the refrigerator before serving for a refreshing dessert.
