Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
• 2 chicken breasts or 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, potatoes)
• 1 onion, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
• 1 cup milk
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 2 tablespoons butter
• Pie crust
• Side salad for serving
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
3. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually add broth and milk, stirring until thickened.
4. Add chicken or vegetables and cook until chicken is done or vegetables are tender.
5. Pour mixture into a pie crust and cover with another crust. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
6. Serve with a side salad.
