For the Chicken Fajitas:

500g chicken breast, thinly sliced
150g bell pepper (about 1 medium), thinly sliced
150g onion (about 1 medium), thinly sliced
30g vegetable oil (2 tablespoons)
16g Tex-Mex seasoning (2 tablespoons, store-bought or homemade)
For Serving:

200g tortillas (e.g., 4-5 small tortillas or 2 large tortillas)
Toppings (measure according to preference):
50g salsa
50g guacamole
30g shredded cheese
30g sour cream
10g chopped cilantro
Instructions:

Cook the Chicken:

Heat the vegetable oil (30g) in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the thinly sliced chicken breast (500g) and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Add Vegetables:

Add the sliced bell pepper (150g) and onion (150g) to the skillet with the chicken.
Sprinkle the Tex-Mex seasoning (16g) over the mixture.
Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp and slightly charred, about 3-4 minutes.
Warm Tortillas:

Warm the tortillas (200g) in a separate skillet over medium heat or in the microwave. Wrap them in a clean kitchen towel to keep warm.
Assemble Fajitas:

Serve the Tex-Mex chicken fajita mixture on the warm tortillas.
Top with your choice of salsa (50g), guacamole (50g), shredded cheese (30g), sour cream (30g), and chopped cilantro (10g).
