                                        Ingredients:
•	1 large head of cauliflower, chopped into florets
•	1 onion, chopped
•	2 cloves garlic, minced
•	2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
•	4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
•	1 cup milk or cream
•	Salt and pepper to taste
•	Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1.	Sauté Aromatics:
•	In a large pot, heat the butter or olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
2.	Cook Cauliflower:
•	Add the cauliflower florets to the pot. Stir well to combine with the aromatics.
•	Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3.	Simmer Soup:
•	Pour in the vegetable or chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender.
4.	Blend Soup:
•	Use an immersion blender to blend the soup until smooth. Alternatively, transfer the soup in batches to a blender and blend until smooth.
5.	Add Milk or Cream:
•	Stir in the milk or cream to add creaminess to the soup. Heat through over low heat.
6.	Season and Serve:
•	Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste.
•	Ladle the Cauliflower Soup into bowls. Garnish with fresh parsley or chives.
Note:
•	You can adjust the consistency of the soup by adding more broth or milk/cream, depending on your preference.
•	This Cauliflower Soup is perfect for a comforting meal and pairs well with crusty bread or a simple salad.
