Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
• 2 cups cooked pasta (such as fusilli, penne, or rotini), cooled
• 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1/2 cup diced cucumber
• 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
• 1/4 cup diced red onion
• 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
• Italian dressing (store-bought or homemade)
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine cooked and cooled pasta, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, diced red bell pepper, diced red onion, sliced black olives, chopped parsley, and grated Parmesan cheese (if using).
2. Pour Italian dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to combine.
3. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
