Recipe Instructions:

• Ingredients:
o 500g mixed fish (such as cod, haddock, monkfish), cut into chunks
o 1 onion, sliced
o 2 tomatoes, chopped
o 2 potatoes, sliced
o 1 green bell pepper, sliced
o 1/2 cup white wine
o 2 cups fish or seafood broth
o Olive oil
o Salt and pepper
• Recipe:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Sauté onions until softened.
3. Layer sliced potatoes, tomatoes, and green bell pepper in the pot.
4. Add white wine and fish or seafood broth.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for about 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
7. Add fish chunks and cook for another 5-10 minutes until fish is cooked through.
8. Serve hot with crusty bread.
