Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
• 200g small pasta (such as ditalini)
• 200g canned white beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 carrots, diced
• 2 celery stalks, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 liter vegetable stock
• 400g canned tomatoes, crushed
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp dried basil
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• Fresh Parmesan cheese, grated (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic. Sauté until soft.
3. Add the crushed tomatoes, vegetable stock, dried basil, and dried oregano. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Add the small pasta and white beans. Cook until the pasta is al dente.
5. Season with salt and black pepper.
6. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
