Ingredients:
2 kg Chicken breast
0.025 kg Salt
0.004 kg Ground white pepper
0.004 kg Ground cumin
0.03 kg Sugar
1.5 kg Carrots
0.08 kg Pumpkin seeds
0.003 kg Dried garlic slices
0.006 kg Freeze-dried dill (Kotanyi brand or similar)
0.002 kg Dried chives
0.006 kg Lemon fiber
1.5 kg Potatoes, peeled and sliced for grilling
Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken Breast:
Preheat your oven to the recommended temperature for roasting chicken.
Season the chicken breast with salt, ground white pepper, ground cumin, and sugar. Rub the seasoning evenly over the surface of the chicken.
Place the seasoned chicken breast in a roasting pan and roast it in the preheated oven until it's cooked through and golden brown. Use a meat thermometer to ensure it's cooked to the proper internal temperature.
Prepare the Vegetables:
Peel and slice the carrots into rounds or sticks, according to your preference.
Spread the carrot slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle the dried garlic slices and freeze-dried dill over the carrots.
