0.003 kg Herb butter (Kotanyi brand or similar)
0.001 kg Freeze-dried dill (Kotanyi brand or similar)
0.002 kg Dried chives
0.006 kg Lemon fiber
0.5 kg Boiled eggs, peeled
Instructions:
Prepare the Cottage Cheese Spread:
In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese with the ground white pepper, ground cumin, granulated sugar, chopped parsley, Italian herbs, herb butter, freeze-dried dill, dried chives, and lemon fiber.
Mix all the ingredients until well combined and smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste if necessary.
Slice the Dark Bread:
Slice the dark bread into thin slices or according to your preference. Arrange the slices on a serving platter.
Assemble the Spread:
