Ingredients:
• Tortilla chips
• 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a Mexican blend)
• 1/2 lb ground beef, cooked and seasoned with taco seasoning
• 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
• 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
• 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
• 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
• Sour cream, guacamole, and salsa, for serving
Instructions:
o Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
o Arrange tortilla chips on a baking sheet in a single layer.
o Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the chips.
o Scatter seasoned ground beef, black beans, and jalapeños over the cheese.
o Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
o Remove from the oven and immediately top with diced tomatoes and chopped cilantro.
o Serve hot with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa on the side.
