Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
• 1 lb white asparagus, trimmed and peeled
• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
• Juice of 1 lemon
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the asparagus and cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
2. Drain the asparagus and set aside.
3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat until it begins to brown slightly.
4. Remove from heat and stir in chopped eggs, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
5. Arrange the cooked asparagus on a serving platter and pour the butter sauce over the top.
6. Serve immediately.
