Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
White fish fillet (e.g., cod, haddock): 150 grams, cut into chunks
Shrimp: 75 grams, peeled and deveined
Fish stock or seafood broth: 250 ml
Tomato: 100 grams, chopped (or use canned tomatoes)
Olive oil: 1 tablespoon (15 grams)
Garlic: 1 clove, minced
Saffron threads: A small pinch (0.1 gram, optional)
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon (3 grams)
Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon (1 gram)
Instructions:
Prepare Ingredients:

Cut the fish fillet into bite-sized chunks.
Peel and devein the shrimp.
Chop the tomato (or use canned tomatoes).
Sauté Garlic:

Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
Add Tomato and Stock:

Add the chopped tomato to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in the fish stock and bring to a simmer.
Add Seafood and Seasonings:

Add the fish chunks and shrimp to the pot.
Stir in the saffron threads (if using), salt, and pepper.
Simmer for about 5-7 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through.
Finish and Serve:

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve hot.
