Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
• 400g spaghetti
• 6 ripe tomatoes, diced
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Grated Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute, until fragrant.
4. Add diced tomatoes to the skillet, cooking until tomatoes break down and release their juices, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Stir in chopped fresh basil leaves, salt, and pepper to taste.
6. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to coat pasta evenly with tomato sauce.
7. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
