Sloppy Joes Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground beef

• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Whole-wheat hamburger buns
Coleslaw Ingredients:
• 4 cups shredded cabbage (green or red)
• 1 carrot, grated
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Sloppy Joes:
1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
2. Add diced onion and bell pepper, cooking until vegetables are softened.
3. Stir in ketchup, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Simmer mixture for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until flavors meld and sauce thickens.
5. Toast whole-wheat hamburger buns if desired, then spoon sloppy joe mixture onto the buns.
Coleslaw:
1. In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and grated carrot.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly.
