Recipe Instructions:
Ingredients
1 Cup Red Velvet Cake Crumbs
1/2 Cup White Chocolate
Cooking Directions
Take the red velvet cake crumbs and form round balls. Since the red velvet is moist I did not need to add anything. If yours is dry, add 1/2 cup cream cheese and mix the two before forming the balls
Repeat the process until all the cake crumbs are turned into round balls
Melt the white chocolate and allow yo cool slightly. Take one of the red velvet balls with a fork. Drop the red velvet ball into the melted white chocolate. Use the fork to completely cover the red velvet ball
Carefully place the coated red velvet ball on a plate, do the same for all balls. You can drizzle more chocolate for a thicker coating. Finish coating the red velvet balls with the white chocolate. Or you can dip twice to get that thick chocolate coating
Sprinkle the crumbed red velvet cake on top of the chocolate covered ball before chocolate sets. You can fully cover the balls with the crumbed cake by rolling in the crumbs or just sprinkle on top to have red accents
