4 Sevan trout fillets (about 150g each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 lemons (1 sliced, 1 for juice)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Prepare Trout: Rinse the trout fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place the fillets in a baking dish.
Seasoning: Drizzle the olive oil over the fillets. Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the trout, then evenly distribute the minced garlic, dill, and parsley over the fillets. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika if using.
Lemon Slices: Arrange the lemon slices on top of the fillets for added flavor and presentation.
Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve: Serve the Sevan trout hot, garnished with extra fresh herbs if desired. Pair with your favorite side dishes such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
