Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
• 1 lb minced pork or chicken
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 4-5 cloves garlic, minced
• 4-5 Thai bird's eye chilies, chopped (adjust to taste)
• 2 cups Thai holy basil leaves
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
• 1 tablespoon fish sauce
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• Steamed rice, for serving
• Fried egg (optional), for serving
Instructions:
• Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
• Add minced garlic and chopped Thai chilies. Sauté until fragrant.
• Add minced pork or chicken to the skillet. Break up any clumps and cook until meat is fully cooked through.
• Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Mix well to combine.
• Turn off the heat and add Thai holy basil leaves. Toss until the basil wilts from the residual heat.
• Serve hot over steamed rice, with a fried egg on top if desired.
