Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:

115 grams sliced mushrooms
30 grams diced onion
1 garlic clove, minced
120 ml vegetable or seafood broth
15 grams kimchi, chopped (optional)
1 green onion, sliced (for garnish)
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
15 ml vegetable oil
Instructions:

Heat vegetable oil in a small pot over medium heat.
Add diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
Add sliced mushrooms and cook for another 2-3 minutes until mushrooms start to soften.
Pour in vegetable or seafood broth and bring to a simmer.
Add kimchi (if using), soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir gently.
Simmer for 5-7 minutes, until mushrooms are tender and flavors meld.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot as your OMAD meal, garnished with sliced green onion.
